Is Soleline really free?
Yes. Creating an account, browsing and listing items all cost nothing, and we take no commission from your sale. Soleline is funded by optional listing boosts and clearly labelled sponsored placements.
How does buyer protection work?
Your payment is held safely until the parcel arrives and you confirm it matches the description. If something is wrong, open a case within 48 hours of delivery and we'll refund you.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer chooses and pays for shipping at checkout. The seller prints the prepaid label from their wardrobe and drops the parcel off at any partner courier point.
When do I get paid?
The full sale amount moves into your Soleline wallet as soon as the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after 48 hours. Withdrawals to your bank are free and usually arrive the next working day.
What can I sell?
Clothing, shoes, accessories, homeware, books, tech and collectibles — anything physical, legal and genuinely yours to sell. Counterfeits and restricted goods are removed and repeat offenders lose their account.
